Bill of Rights

In all commercial transactions involving the purchase and sale of residential properties, the supplier agrees that these transactions will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the LFPC, its Regulations, and the NOM, and therefore recognizes that consumers have the following rights:

1. To receive, with respect to the real estate offered, truthful, clear and up-to-date information and advertising, regardless of the means by which it is communicated, including digital means, in such a way that it allows the consumer to make the best purchase decision by knowing truthfully the characteristics of the property that he is acquiring, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

2. To know the information about the characteristics of the property, including: the extent of the land, built area, type of structure, facilities, finishes, accessories, parking space, common areas, services it has and general physical condition of the property.

3. Freely choose the property that best meets your needs and fits your purchasing power.

4. Do not make any payment until the contractual relationship is in writing, except for those related to advances and operating expenses, under the terms provided by the LFPC.

5. Sign an adhesion contract using the model registered with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, which states the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale of the real estate. After signing, the supplier is obligated to provide the consumer with a copy of the signed contract.

6. Acquire a property that has the safety and quality characteristics contained in the applicable regulations and reflected in the information and advertising received.

7. Receive the real estate within the time frame and conditions agreed with the supplier in the respective adhesion contract.

8. Where applicable, exercise the guarantees on real estate provided for in the LFPC, considering the specifications provided for in the respective adhesion contract.

9. To receive the corresponding bonus or compensation in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC) if, after the warranty has been exercised, defects or faults persist in the property. Likewise, to have the necessary repairs carried out in case of defects or faults attributable to the supplier, or to choose between replacement of the property or termination of the contract, as applicable.

10. Have free and accessible channels and mechanisms for inquiries, requests, complaints and suggestions to the provider, and know the address indicated by the provider to hear and receive notifications.

11. Right to protection by the competent authorities and in accordance with applicable laws, including the right to file complaints and claims with them.

12. To have a Privacy Notice available to you to learn about the processing of the personal data you provide and to consent to it, if applicable; to know that your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and to know the mechanisms available to exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

13. To receive treatment free from discrimination, without being denied or having the attention or sale of a home conditioned on reasons of gender, nationality, ethnicity, sexual preference, religion or any other particularity in the terms of the applicable legislation.

14. Freely choose the notary public to carry out the deed registration process.
